    Using water and electricity as fuel, the ampoule sealing machine decomposes water into oxygen and hydrogen by electrolysis. Hydrogen can be burned and oxygen is used to support combustion. These two gases ignite to form hydrogen oxygen flame, which can be used for rapid sealing of ampoule bottles.
    What are the causes of various problems in the process of ampoules, such as flat heads, flat heads and so on?
    1. Tip: that is, the top of the ampoule after melting is pointed.
    The causes of flame are too short after wire drawing; too short wire drawing distance.
    Solution: strengthen the flame intensity of wire drawing; adjust and control the torch cam to prolong the tempering time; adjust the distance from the bottom end of the drawing clip slightly higher than the flame horizontal center line about 1 mm (mechanical normal position); remove unqualified ampoules.
    2. Flat head: that is, the top of the ampoule is clamped flat but not drawn.
    Causes: the preheating flame and wire drawing flame are too small; the pressure of ampoule bearing is not flexible or the pressure is too small; the wall of some ampoules is too thick.
    Solution: strengthen the flame firepower of the front and rear groups; replace the new bearing or adjust the spring in the ampoule pressing frame to strengthen the pressure so that the ampoule can rotate normally and form wire drawing; remove the unqualified ampoules.
    3. Shrinkage: that is to say, the top of the ampoule is sunken after melting and sealing.
    Causes: during the drawing process of ampoules, blisters were formed first and then cooled and contracted; if the heating flame was too small, some small water vapor on the ampoule wall could not be dried. These low-temperature water vapor made the arc on the top of the newly formed ampoule shrink and form a shrunken head.
    Solution: according to the method of solving the bubble head; strengthen the heating flame, so that the neck of the ampoule is fully heated, so that the micro water vapor volatilizes as soon as possible.
    4. Bubble head: after melting and sealing, the top of ampoule forms obvious big bubble, which is easy to be broken.
    Causes: the flame of wire drawing is too strong; the tempering time is too long after the ampoule drawing; the bottom of the wire drawing clamp is slightly lower than the flame horizontal center line, which can be fused but easy to form small bubble heads.
    Solution: reduce the flame intensity of wire drawing; shorten the tempering time of ampoule after wire drawing; adjust the distance between wire drawing clamp and flame horizontal center line to normal.
    5. Broken end: refers to that the top of the ampoule is not sealed.
    Causes: mechanical reasons; excessive bubble head; excessive shrinkage.
    Solution: adjust the distance between the wire drawing clamp and the flame horizontal center line to the normal distance; deal with it according to the method of bubble head and flat head.
